These long flat wide ribbons with their beautifully ruffled edges hold sauce wonderfully. Perfect for lighter sauces or with a pesto of your choice but equally as fabulous with a sumptuous slow cooked short rib ragù. 

Ingredients: organic durum wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.
