Easter Putizza

Recognized as one of the few traditional breads produced in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region (of which Trieste is the capital), the Putizza is filled with rum soaked raisins, finely chopped nuts, citrus peel and decadent dark chocolate ~ rolled and baked in a beautifully delicate yeast leavened brioche style dough.

Ingredients: all purpose flour, eggs, milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, nuts, rum, raisins, honey, orange peel, dark chocolate

All pre-orders will be available for pick up at Moss Street Market on Saturday April 16th between 10am - 1pm or via direct delivery on Saturday April 16th between 3pm and 9pm. Pre-orders close at 9pm on Thursday April 14th.
