A traditional semi-soft cows milk washed rind cheese characterized by a strong aroma with a deceptively mellow yet intense buttery flavour, incredibly good & one of our favourites. This cheese was made for the cheese board: surround with prosciutto or speck, italian salamis, plenty of fresh fruit & of course, crackers!
