M's incredible focaccia but as a ROSCA... chock full of not just one but two freshly sliced hams from Italy - both cotto grangusto & cotto grigliato, topped with sopressa salami, super smooth provolone dolce and our own house sun dried tomato pesto. 

Made fresh to order exclusively for Super Bowl Sunday and accompanied by a selection of Spanish tapas, every Rosca is ready to simply take and bake to serve meltingly good and incredibly gooey from your oven for your very own Super Bowl festivities the same afternoon! 

Available for pick up on Sunday 8th February 2026 at our kitchen store front in Saanichton - we will be OPEN from 11am-3pm!
