Our artisan pastas are made exclusively by hand in Victoria BC using traditional Italian methods and unique seasonal ingredients from local farms and markets by chef Massimo Buggini - a borne and bred Italian pastaio from Trieste in Northern Italy.  Handcrafted from BC grown certified organic durum wheat, freshly milled on Vancouver Island, our pastas are slow dried at a low temperature to produce a beautifully delicate, highly-nutritious product with exceptional flavour.

NEW - a line of bronze die cut extruded short pastas made with our freshly milled organic durum. Available to purchase online and at select markets & retailers in BC.

Find our traditional sweet dolci (amaretti morbidi, panforte di siena, traditional italian biscotti and more) throughout the summer farmers market season & at holiday markets across Victoria BC. Also available to order online with us directly and at our sweet little new bottega at the front of our kitchen, these sweet treats are a true labour of love, bringing Italian amore directly to you on this beautiful corner of the West Coast!

Do contact us directly for special orders and wholesale inquiries - we warmly welcome local collaborations.
