This traditional gluten free sweet Spanish almond cake is rich yet light, and so so incredibly good. Think of M's famous amaretti but as a cake! Simply one of the loveliest spring desserts for your Easter table. Serve with fresh berries & whipped cream or tangy creme fraiche with lemon zest.
Available for pick up on Saturday 19th April from 11am - 5pm from our kitchen store front in Saanichton or from 10am - 2pm at Moss Street Market in Fairfield. Pre-orders close at midnight on Thursday 17th April.
Ingredients: ground almonds, eggs, sugar, lemon, amaretto, fior di arancio.
